By accessing or using PLVYOFF ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
PLVYOFF is a free entertainment platform for NBA statistics analysis. No real money gambling is offered or facilitated.
2. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3. User Accounts

5. Intellectual Property
All content on PLVYOFF — including statistical tools, design, and branding — is the exclusive property of PLVYOFF and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of statistical analysis
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
7. Limitation of Liability
PLVYOFF and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or account information
- Service interruptions
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in French courts.
